Much represented California Custom Fruits & Flavors (CCFF) in the company’s sale to an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, a private investment firm located in Austin, Texas.
Andrew Silver, principal in Much’s Corporate & Finance group, led the sale on behalf of CCFF.
