Dan Rosenberg to Discuss Green Tax Incentives with SOICA

Dan Rosenberg, principal in Much’s Construction group, will give a presentation to the Society of Illinois Construction Attorneys on March 18 about the state of green tax incentives under the new presidential administration. Additionally, Rosenberg will analyze two of these incentives: the Internal Revenue Code Section 179D tax deduction and the 45L tax credit, both of which offer value for energy-efficient building practices.
