Josh Leavitt, co-chair of Much’s Construction group, will moderate a panel at the American College of Construction Lawyers (ACCL) Annual Meeting, held February 13-16 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
He will join former Miami Beach Mayor Daniel Gelber, former St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Kriseman, and AECOM Vice President and Director of Resilience and Sustainable Development Lauren Swan for a discussion about the impact of climate change on coastal communities. The speakers will offer both political and engineering perspectives on construction ramifications that could result from heightened sea levels.
ACCL is an organization of lawyers recognized for their professionalism and high standards of ethical conduct in construction law. Leavitt has been a member of ACCL for many years and currently serves on the ACCL Board of Governors.
