Ned Milenkovich Discusses Hemp Regulation for Pharmacies

Ned Milenkovich, co-chair of the firm's Health Care practice, discussed hemp regulation for pharmacies in a video segment for Pharmacy Times. He said hemp regulation is largely inconsistent nationwide and that some states are looking to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration for guidance, while others are treating hemp as a product that isn't governed by a board of pharmacy.
