Neil Posner, chair of the firm's Policyholders' Insurance Coverage group, will speak at the American College of Coverage Counsel's annual Insurance Law Symposium on November 15 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His session is titled “Ethics, Deep Fakes, and AI, Oh My: Navigating the New Frontier of Insurance Fraud.”
Alongside his co-panelists, Posner will dive into the ways in which artificial intelligence (AI) is used to create fraudulent claims in the insurance industry. He will also cover practical techniques to identify deep fakes, ethical implications of AI in evidence, and strategies to safeguard against high-tech deceptions.
