Bonnie has been a corporate paralegal at Much for over 20 years. In her role, she is responsible for the corporate maintenance of 3,500+ foreign and domestic corporations, including:

• Preparing and filing of foreign and domestic annual reports, annual registrations, and annual franchise tax documents in their respective jurisdictions
• Preparing of corporate minutes and resolutions
• Assisting in maintaining compliance with state regulations and formal dissolutions
• Preparing articles of amendments and reinstatement documents
• Assisting transactional paralegals with formation documents for various jurisdictions, obtaining EIN numbers, and uploading documents into corporate databases
