Reid focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, corporate governance, and corporate formation for closely held businesses. He represents businesses and high-net-worth individuals in a variety of industries, including technology, energy, and manufacturing.
Clients call on Reid for guidance on complex matters such as asset and equity sales, purchases, and redemptions. He performs due diligence review of contracts and other corporate documents. He also drafts corporate organizational documents, unit purchase agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
While in law school, Reid served as articles editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law and was a member of the Transactional Law Team. In 2019, Reid was a member of the Notre Dame Law School team that finished runner-up in the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition, a simulated salary arbitration competition modeled on Major League Baseball procedures.
