Tyler is a corporate attorney who focuses on complex mergers and acquisitions as well as general business matters. Tyler provides counsel on asset-backed financings, workouts and reorganizations, securities matters, and M&A transactions for a broad range of corporate clients in the automotive, industrial, manufacturing, timeshare, and nonprofit industries.
Tyler has participated in numerous public and private asset-backed financings, drafting offering documents, core transaction documents, and legal opinions, in addition to providing practical and timely advice related to those business matters. Clients rely on his deep industry knowledge and background to provide thorough due diligence support for their various transactions.
Prior to Much, Tyler worked at one of the largest law firms in the United States. In law school, he served as an editor for the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal.
